Live Arrival Policy

OFFICIAL POLICY CHANGE 12/7/2025 if you would like to see the old policy or have questions, I do have a screenshot of it and you may request a copy of it. These changes are necessary as they were mostly geared towards USPS and we DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING SHIPPED USPS.

Shipping Temperatures include your area and Illinois also, as this is where the insects are being shipped from.

     Please review our LIVE ARRIVAL POLICY before placing an order in extreme temperatures. Your choice to attempt this is at your own risk, we may work with you if possible.

     ****Please Read ENTIRE Document For Info On Our Live Arrival Policy.****

    Live guarantee will NOT BE IN EFFECT under the following circumstances:
  • If your UPS package is DELIVERED TO A DROP POINT AND NOT PICKED UP the same day that is has arrived.  Tracking is provided for this reason, please make plans to pick up ASAP.
  • If the package is DELIVERED, you have 30 minutes to alert Majik Bug Barn of any issues or concerns.
  • If you choose not to purchase a heat pack there is no guarantee, we are shipping out of Illinois.
     We CANNOT offer a live guarantee for orders shipped during extreme temperatures.  These temperatures include 90 degrees and above, as well as 40 degrees and below. These temperatures include the ship from as well as the delivered to location. This is the daytime high/low temperature, not the temperature at the time of delivery.

Subscription Service

If you are signed up for the subscription service and need to cancel your order for any reason after the order has gone through and request a refund you will have two options:

#1 Issued a full In-Store Credit or

#2 Restocking Fee $4

If you need to cancel your upcoming order before it becomes a full order and you are charged please reach out to us and we will get it moved or skipped for you if you can't.
