Order Processing
We work hard to package and ship orders safely and as quickly as possible. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the products ordered, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier schedules.

Live Feeder Insect Orders
Live feeder insects require special handling. We may delay shipment when weather conditions at our location, the destination, or along the shipping route could put the animals at risk.

Extreme heat or cold may affect shipping schedules. We reserve the right to hold an order until conditions are safer for shipment.

Extreme Weather Shipping
During periods of extreme heat or cold, customers must add the appropriate heat or cold pack to their order for the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply. Temperature packs help protect live feeder insects during transit but cannot prevent carrier delays or protect packages left exposed to weather after delivery.

Hold at Post Office
For live feeder orders, selecting Hold at Post Office when available can help reduce the amount of time your package is exposed to extreme temperatures. Customers are responsible for picking up held packages promptly after they become available.

Shipping Days
We may adjust shipping days for live orders to reduce the chance of packages sitting at a carrier facility over a weekend or holiday.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We take great care when packaging and shipping our live feeder insects. To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, you must contact Majik Bug Barn within 30 minutes of the carrier-confirmed delivery time if any live feeder insects arrive deceased. Please provide clear photos of the affected insects and packaging when contacting us.

During periods of extreme heat or cold, a heat or cold pack must be added to your order when appropriate for the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply.

Approved Live Arrival Guarantee claims will receive store credit for the cost of the affected feeder insects. Shipping charges and other products in the order are not included in the credit.

The Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply to packages that are left outside after delivery, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or packages not picked up promptly when held at the Post Office.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available. Select Local Pickup at checkout to avoid shipping charges. After placing your order, please email majikgeckos@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time and location.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Non-Live Products
Supplies, personalized gifts, and other non-live merchandise may ship separately from live feeder insects when necessary.
